Pain post c/s: Would follow up with your Ob. Are you having fever? discharge?Burning with urination? difficulty with bowel movements? difficulty with sex? Could be a number of causes like post -op infection(uterus/vaginal), urinary tract infection, constipation or what is known as adhesions - after surgery there is scarring and it can cause pain sometimes. See a Doctor: Some women will have pelvic cramps when they breast feed. It is not related to Cesarean Section. If you are not breast feeding, these cramps may be related to scar tissue from surgery or from infection. See a doctor. Good Luck.
