Pretty much, but...: The usual type of uterine cancer - arising in the endometrium (inside lining of the uterus) - should be seen on ultrasound unless it's too small/early. However, typical endometrial cancer usually presents with bleeding rather than these symptoms. If anything, those would be more symptoms of ovarian cancer or the unusual type of endometrial cancer (pap serous, clear cell). Best 2 discuss w your doc

OB/GYN: You need an OB/GYN consult with a hysteroscopy. Vaginal discharge have odor? It may be BV. I'd recommend a urinalysis and swab for culture colposcopy pap if indicated and a full history and exam what were your colonoscopy results? Follow up with internal medicine as well pay attention to your diet and take probiotic. Good luck.
