?location of hemorrh: You may have experienced subconjunctival hemorrhage which is visible to the naked eye and is located on the white part of the eye(called sclera). This is a relatively harmless condition. Sometimes it is related to high BP. So I would advise you to first get your PCP to check your eyes and he will likely check your BP also.
This should be the first step. He may send you to a Eye specialist, if need
