Male genital exam: The doctor will examine your genitals, including gently feeling the testicles. Maybe a digital (finger) rectal examination of your prostate. Collection of urine for testing. Maybe an ultrasound exam of the testicles. Altogether pretty much painless, except massaging the prostate is uncomfortable, but not all that bothersome for most men.
