Epididymitis: First confirm epididymitis, which usually doesn't cause testicular aching or pain without enlargement and tenderness to touch. When caused by infection, it almost always involves only one testicle. In addition to gonorrhea and chlamydia, urinary tract infection can cause epididymitis.
