Gummy Bites: I am not familiar w/that brand but if the gummy part is made from sugary substances such as corn oil then I believe that they are not good for anyone. Please read the label. Also, over the counter multivitamins are typically very low in ingredients although there are many different ingredients. GNC or Vitamin Shoppe are more likely to have good quality multivitamins. Peace and good health.

OK but not greatest: I am a big believer that everyone should take a good quality multivitamin but, while better than some, you can do a lot better. It's good that it does not have synthetic dyes or high fructose corn syrup but it has synthetic E (which is toxic) and folic acid, which many can't utilize, and is low in potency. For gummy vits Smarty Pants Kids Complete is much better! See http://tinyurl.com/mzrkbx8
