are l'il critters gummy bites multivitamin good for kids and adults?

Gummy Bites: I am not familiar w/that brand but if the gummy part is made from sugary substances such as corn oil then I believe that they are not good for anyone. Please read the label. Also, over the counter multivitamins are typically very low in ingredients although there are many different ingredients. GNC or Vitamin Shoppe are more likely to have good quality multivitamins.
