1.5 months: If oral lesions persist beyond 10-14 days they require immediate attention. I don't know what Meds you are on, or who gab them to you, but after 45 days they're obviously the wrong Meds. Recommend you see a specialist Oral Surgeon or specialist member of AAOM (Amer Assn of Oral Medicine). Make sure to report all Meds.
