No single number: Normal TSH levels range from 0.4 - 4.0 miu/l. Tsh levels is one of the measures for following treatment and it is usually not a good idea to treat a lab value.

It depends: It depends on the laboratory measuring the TSH and what their normal range is, (the lab I use is .35 -3.750.
