When the "anti tpo level is 875", the most common diagnosis is Hashimoto's , however there are examples of moderately elevated "anti tpo" elevations, and also such is found in normal individuals.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the data you provided is consistent with Hashimotos. Talk to your doctor about thyroid medication. Wish you good health!
