I am having gastritis for a month.i am on ppi for reflux control.i was scared of developing sepsis due to the gastritis.is my fear valid or baseless?

Not fact-based: acid suppressors will rarely put you at risk for C difficile diarrhea, but sepsis is very, very unlikely

5 months upper-mid abd. pain/18 pound weight loss. Upper GI, US, 2 CTs, 1 MRI. UGI found gastritis, HP neg. No help from PPIs. Gallbladder ok. CTs/MRI followed spleen lesions, thought now to be Sarcoid. Could Sarcoid cause other pain? (Lungs ok.)
