Bile reflux gastriti: Discuss with your doctor use of carafate, (sucralfate) adding ranitidine or even adding Questran which binds bile acid (usually used for diarrhea).They now have a new system called LINX -a magnetic bracelet for the lower esophageal sphincter which helps close the gastroesophageal sphincter and prevents reflux. Last resort may be nissen fundoplicaton
