Im having this problem of mucus discharge. it feels like diarrhea, coming out many times daily, or even while farting. the stools are always soft.

Colitis?: This could be inflammatory bowel disease, i.e. ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Or maybe just irritable bowel syndrome, which is less serious. See a doctor to check it out.
