Furunculosis?: If you shave, or otherwise traumatize your skin, the most likely cause is introduction of skin bacteria and purulent cellulitis caused by staphylococcus or streptococcus species. Drain furuncle and seek antibiotic if persists after all pus is drained, or if you have fevers, chills, or sweats.
