Maybe dermatitis: Hard to say without seeing. Often, one small area, may be due to a new metal belt, ort button rubbing it & causing a contact dermatitis, or you have an allergy to nickel. If so stop it. If not & since it isn't spreading topical benadryl (diphenhydramine) & over the counter hydrocortisone are both good for minor itching & may help for a few days. But if it gets worse or is not getting better see doc. Avoid scents

See a doctor: It is difficult to evaluate your lesion over the internet. The characteristics of the swelling and fact that it has been 1.5 weeks suggest that you should have a doctor properly assess the area in person. Good Luck!
