Not normal treatment: Levaquin is not normally used against Helicobacter pylori --usually treated an acid blocker like Nexium plus the antibiotics clarithromycin and amoxicillin for 10-14 days. Other antibiotics sometimes are used, but not Levaquin and related drugs. Normally not treated without first testing to confirm H. pylori. Clarify w/ your doctor or see a gastroenterologist or infectious disease specialist.
