Strep/Levaquin: LLake ~ anything is possible but I think it would be very unusual in this case. The most likely cause if your sore throat following high dose antibiotics, is a fungal overgrowth in the pharynx, because the antibiotic has probably been very effective in killing the commensal bugs in the throat allowing the fungi to dominate.
