Can acid reflux (gerd) cause dizziness and anxiety ? Was prescribed Nexium (esomeprazole) twice daily, doc said the acid burned my throat, it was pretty bad.

Lump in throat wont go away. Took pepcid zantac. Was on prilosec for a bit it stopped working. Should i try nexium (esomeprazole)? My cardiologist said to do two pills twice a day. Then go up to 2 pills twice a day. If all fails go to gastro.
