How to treat anxiety panic attacks and costochondritis simultaneously? (already taking paroxetine 10mg daily since 3 weeks but chest pains continue..)

Anxiety : Believe me when i say "i know what you are going through." i suggest to check with your physician closely. He may consider adjusting the dose or adding another medication to work along with the paroxetine (perhaps a beta blocker or low dose benzodiazepine). If costochondritis still limits you, discuss with your doctor to see if an anti inflammatory medication is indicated. Hope you get well soon.
