Poisoned?: More likely to be poisoned from a detergent than from touching the floor - even if you use detergent on the floor.

Not likely: Chance of transferring enough detergent from the floor to your mouth to do harm is extremely low. Invest in a new toothbrush, and don't worry.

Poisoned? Doubtful. It would probably be a good time to buy a new toothbrush... and keep it off the floor.
