Unlikely: Very unlikely you could have one in there and not be coughing continuously. Ideally it melts and comes out with a mucusy cough. But if still bugging you an ENT doctor could scope you to look. If you are having no symptoms ( fever, wheeze, cough, pain etc) you are probably fine
