Hypoglycemia: Postprandial (after meals) hypoglycemia can occur after gastric surgery (exaggerated insulin response), simple overgrowth of insulin producing cells, problems with bowel functionally moving food along your GI tract, diabetes or autoimmune issues. It is curious you have a blood sugar machine and should talk to your doctor about this. Low glycemic foods would be recommended.
