May be : Make sure you are well hydrated, eat even the small amour every 2 hours. Some times hypoglycemia may cause shaking and weakness. If there is surge in Temperature one gets shaking. Then you have to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) like drug. Hope you feel better soon.
