Freckles : The exposure to UV-B radiation activates melanocytes to increase melanin production, which can cause freckles to become darker and more visible. Freckles are predominantly found on the face, although they may appear on any skin exposed to the sun, such as arms or shoulders. One must get a skin check done as UV exposure increases risk of melanomas.

Freckle spots.: Too bad we can't see picts here yet. Most likely cherry angioma which are normal as we age. Google and look at images and compare.
