Vitiligo: It must be a benign skin disorder (hypopigmentation of skin unrelated to sickle cell . No treatment required.

Not sickle cell: Sickle cell disease is a problem with red blood cells. It should not cause you to have white spots on your stomach. Your dermatologist is right.
