I recently discovered small brown spots on my stomach that was covered by the hair in that region. i'm 22 with no serious medical history. any ideas?

Probably benign: Small brown spots don't raise urgency to me. Without seeing them, one cannot give good advice, however. There is a good likelihood of this being a benign process, however, there are lesions of "brown" color that could be significant. I would recommend a check by your pcp or a dermatologist at your next exam or if a changing lesion or worried, sooner.

Need to see to know.: These lesions would likely need to be examined and more history obtained to be able to provide you with useful input about the diagnosis or possible treatment.
