Horner's Syndrome: Yes, this could be Horner's syndrome - also associated with decreased sweating on that side of the face. There may or may not be an identifiable cause, but you should consider seeing a neurologist to help work this up, especially if it's associated with visual impairment, weakness, headache, dizziness or neck stiffness or pain. http://syndrome.org/horners-syndrome/
