A single cheeseburger - no big deal. It’s what comes before and after that will make a difference. In general, try to avoid red meats and fatty dairy products. Why not a single burger without the cheese. And then some cucumber etc to “wash it down with”. Why not sparkling soda rather than sugared soda. All these things add up

Yes you can but it will not lower cholesterol. Check with your Dr., A high one in a woman of your age is unusual and sometimes runs in families. It is the average daily diet that affects the cholesterol. I recommend the DASH DIET.
