Cyst?: It is not uncommon to develop a cyst in the ear, scalp or neck. They are usually benign and do not cause a problem. Still to be sure you would have to have it excised and put under a microscope. If it bothers you, is painful, or begins to grow rapidly see a surgeon for removal
