22mth son has a large solid fixed lump on right side of neck below his ear. looks like half a golf ball when he turns his head. doesn't seem poorly?

Neck swelling: This could be a cyst,a lymph node or another structure. It is large enough, that it requires evaluation by a physician. Sometimes an Ultrasound may help sort it out. All the best.
