I have this weird random spot on my first finger looks like shiny beige spot and it is slightly sore i have no idea what it is.

Have checked: If it happens to be on/near the thumb-side of the farthest joint of your index finger, and is on your dominant side, then hold a pen/pencil and see if it is just a callous that has changed color with the season. If not, it should preferrably be seen by a dermatologist or primary doc for screening.
