May be reflux -GERD( try ranitidine /mylanta) can also be gallbladder or pericariditis ( inflammation of lining of heart , cardiac like asymmetric septal hypertrophy or other vascular anomoly or even lung/ mediastinal lesion.Would follow up with doc this week and get CXR, possible echocardiogram,
