A tumour, colon, is attached to the aorta what are the treatment options, particularly if the tumour is diagnosed as cancer, but contained?

Need staging: A colonic cancer 'attached to aorta' means is no longer localized , will need palliative surgical removal if possible to prevent obstruction , chemotherapy rectal tumors additional radiotherapy. . Contained tumor is contained or confirmed to with in the bowel wall had excellent prognosis even cure, by surgery post o p chemotherapy.

Unresectable: Unfortunately, the aorta is a major blood vessel, and if the tumor is invading the aorta, it is probably unresectable. The best treatment options are chemotherapy with or without radiation therapy.
