Difficult : Best to see an orthopaedic specialist or a physical therapist and they will arrange some exercises and other treatments/monitoring etc

No a lot: It usually does not cause much of a problem unless extensive. Most people have it and are unaware. If you have problems where it is found you will need o have your doctor evaluate for other causes. Treatment will be symptomatic.
