PT's work with symptoms not structures. Your post does not explain what symptoms you have that lead to the imaging study that found the ossification. You are welcome to start over & describe whatever problem you have but add the finding in your post. Posts here are not linked, so each should contain all relevant info & question.

I, this is a small area of calcified, bony type formation or even a chipped off piece of a bone. Physical therapy does not treat this bony abnormality. However, if this is symptomatic, physical therapy can help strengthen the shoulder joint in general and decrease symptoms.
