A member asked:

Can anterior bridging ossification be mistaken for pseudoarthrosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: They are actually opposite concepts. Pseudoarthrosis is result of creation of a movable joint; bridging stops movement of a joint that is normally movable.
