Check it out: Subdural hematoma can leak slowly for days or weeks. However, epidural hematomas can cause intense immediate pressure and cause spinal cord herniation. This is very dangerous. Since you are still alive, you most probably don't have an epidural hematoma, but still i would check it out.

Chronic subdural hem: Should get evaluated and get a CT head if there is any doubt. Sometimes small bleeds from trauma can enlarge instead of getting absorbed and cause serious problems. If headaches persist then should definitely be evaluated.
