Depends on test: The antigen-antibody ("duo", 4th generation) tests are conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after exposure. Antibody-only blood tests about 6 weeks, even though common advice says 3 months. The oral fluids test (Oraquick) can take 3 months. Any and all tests are conclusive after 3 months.
