Yes. Flonase is a steroid nasal spray . Nyquil severe cold and flu contains Acetaminophen (650 mg)( Tylenol) Dextromethorphan HBr 20mg (cough medicine) Phenylephrine HCl 10mg ( (constricts blood vessels) Doxylamine Succinate 12.5mg( antihistamine). Monitor blood pressure if you have high blood pressure because phenylephrine can raise BP
