Polyps: An anatomic or pathologic diagnosis should have been available long before now. You can't exclude malignancy until the tissue diagnosis is available. Even if no malignancy is found you must be under the care of a gastroenterologist or colorectal surgeon for treatment and thorough surveillance for your multiple polyposis of the colon.
