Positioning: You most likely are sleeping ‘away’ from the newly surgical shoulder, putting more weight on the opposite shoulder, and or bending your neck. Both can cause these symptoms. Call your surgeon to get suggestions and or physical therapy for these problems. In the meantime try elevating your head on 2 pillows or a wedge, and supporting the surgical shoulder with pillows for comfort. Good luck
