Sorry No.: The definition is three or more ventricular beats faster than 120 BPM. Unfortunately what you describe could be atrial fibrillation, atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter or any of a number of other arrhythmias. Nonsustained=not lasting, Ventricular=coming from the ventricle, Tachycardia=fast heart beat.
