Neurologic problem: An electronystagmogram (ENG) checks the neural signals to the eye muscles while your vision or field of view is altered. An abnormality may point to a functional problem (problem with way nerves are firing) or an anatomic problem (some abnormal structure/growth seen on brain MRI). Depending on what / how fast your symptoms developed, functional problems are more likely but talk to your Neurologist
