No: Alcohol is a poison and it never did anybody any good, ever. Stay away from alcohol. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

1 glass OK: Ativan has a half-life of about 12 hours so at 6 PM over half that dose is still in your system. Alcohol and Ativan have additive effects so it can be hazardous to combine them, but if you're no longer feeling the effects I think it would be safe to have a single glass of wine in the evening. But I would not have more than one glass until the Ativan has mostly left you system, which takes 24 hours.

Yes a little: Though it would be nice to live a flawless life and never have alcohol, it has been found that a small amount of alcohol is not harmful. If you separate the alcohol from the ativan by 6 hours, it is fine to have alcohol in moderation.
