Half-life = 12-16hrs: Half your dose may still be in your system after 16 hrs, etc. You can figure the days. If you really do stop at 2 normal wine servings, a day or two should be fine but you might want to have a reliable adult around to drive, etc if you feel less than sharp. Moderation sounds comfortable to you - that's good!
