My right butt cheek hurts when i wipe. i wiped today and what appears to look like a pimple was bleeding like a small cut. what should i do?

Pimple: This tender, bleeding lesion may be a pustule or small abscess from an ingrown hair or infected cyst. Try warm water applications, sterilize the surrounding skin with alcohol swabs or rubbing alcohol. Apply antibacterial ointment like Bacitracin. Place a gauze with paper tape. Soaks may allow some drainage of pus. See your physician if there is increasing tenderness, swelling or spreading redness
