No: Many questions...surprised your friend got rabies treatment for a cat scratch; almost always transmitted through a bite. If one is receiving prophylaxis/rabies vaccine to protect against future bites/exposures, no concern with kissing. There is no transmission of disease from a human receiving rabies vaccine.
