Is it possible to get rabies by kissing a person who had been scratched by a kitten 4 days ago on the neck and immediately started the vaccines?

No: Many questions...surprised your friend got rabies treatment for a cat scratch; almost always transmitted through a bite. If one is receiving prophylaxis/rabies vaccine to protect against future bites/exposures, no concern with kissing. There is no transmission of disease from a human receiving rabies vaccine. I hope this helps. Stay well:)
