Not a chance: If you were bitten 9 months ago by a cat( domestic or stray) 9 months ago and you have been alright There is no chance that you will come up with Rabies 9 months after a bite. Vaccine can protect you from future bites by Rabied dog or cat. But you are worried for no reason. The risk of getting Rabies is rather low. More risk from dogs and wild animals
