Varicocele : It could be due to an abnormal collection of veins in the scrotum. An ultrasound should be able to tell if that is the cause. The other possibility is a hydrocele, which is a fluid filled cyst in the scrotum. A referral to a Urologist may help with the diagnosis and treatment.
