Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. How old are you? Do you have any symptoms? ANA is one of the markers of autoimmune diseases like Lupus, but is not sufficient by itself to diagnose SLE. It would be prudent to talk to the doctor who ordered the test.
