If you had shingles: then you may get reactivation of that virus again any time your immune system is weaker from another infection or other health reasons. If the scars from the viral infection bleed, though, you may have some other issue such as a bacterial suprainfection. Go see a healthcare provider for proper examination and diagnosis/ treatment.
